Shipping FAQS

  1. How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

- For in stock items, processing takes 1 - 4 business days. For pre-order items it may take up to 30 days.

 

  1. Should I be expecting a tracking number?

- For all orders you will receive a notification letter with your tracking number, to the email you provide.

 

  1. I bought something on pre-order as well as something that's in stock. When will my order be processed and shipped?

If there is a pre-order item/s in your cart as well as an in stock item/s, we will ship the order at the latest pre-order ship date/s listed in the item description.

You can bypass this if you have contacted us and asked for them to be shipped separately. Though shipping items separately will incur an additional shipping fee.

 

  1. How long does shipping take?

For Ukrainian orders - usually 2 - 5 business days. Up to 12 business days, especially around the holidays.

For international ordersanywhere from 14 - 35 business days.

  

Whereas orders to some countries can sometimes take longer than 35 days, due to being held in customs.

Our shop is based in Ukraine. Please check your customs regulations before ordering, to avoid any misunderstandings.
