Shipping FAQS



  • 1. How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?


The estimated shipping time is usually 2 - 5 business days up to 12 business days, especially around the holidays for orders within Ukraine.
For international orders - anywhere from 14 - 35 business days AFTER PROCESSING your parcel.

For in stock items, processing takes 1 - 4 business days. For pre-order items it may take up to 30 days.

For all orders you will receive a notification letter with your tracking number, to the email you provide.

The delivery is made via regular post, which means YOU DON’T RECEIVE NOTIFICATION when the parcel reaches its destination.

YOU NEED TO TRACE AND COLLECT your parcel at your local post office YOURSELF, using the tracking number, provided in your email.
Please contact your local post office to collect your parcel, as soon as you see it has reached your country. If you don’t collect it yourself, it’s shipped back as “non-reclaimed”. We don’t refund any shipping costs if the parcel is shipped back as “non-reclaimed”.
If your parcel stops tracking, it means it is going via transit. Please contact your local post office to check its status, otherwise it returns to sender as non-reclaimed.

Please check your local customs regulations before placing your order.
Our shop is not responsible for any extra customs charges.


  • 2. I bought something on pre-order as well as something that's in stock. When will my order be processed and shipped?


If there is a pre-order item/s in your cart as well as an in stock item/s, we will ship the order at the latest pre-order ship date/s listed in the item description.
You can bypass this if you have contacted us and asked for them to be shipped separately. Though shipping items separately will incur an additional shipping fee.

  • 3. How do I exchange or return my items?


If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason, you can submit your return claim to our support team via email within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue an exchange or refund as soon as we receive the items back and check their condition. The new shipping of the exchange items should be paid separately.

There are some items we don’t take back:

⁃ Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging, tags and all extras
⁃ Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits because that would be gross

If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we'll destroy it and won't be able to issue a refund or exchange.
